I had a comfortable stay despite the room's proximity to the emergency exit on my floor. The room was well designed, supremely comfortable, and clean. I did ask for a fridge during my stay. The service was friendly overall, but there were lapses in attentiveness. The hotel's location was great, especially for exploring trendy restaurants and bars nearby. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nice, modern, and clean, with great views over the city and towards the mountains. However, the free wifi was a bit slow, making FaceTime a challenge. The service was pretty nice overall, though there was a minor mix-up with packages. The location was fantastic, close to trendy restaurants and bars, and within walking distance to key attractions. The dining experience was excellent with a wide range of dishes, especially the hot Colombian ones.
